Midget
( Mighty Mouse X [Gentleman's Choice x Johnson 56])

Raised by and owned with Brad Dale

I purchased 1/2 interest in Midget from Brad Dale.  He had white muscle disease as a baby, which stunted his growth and gave him his name.  However, his name never defined him as his offspring had  a normal growth curve and have been irreplaceable.

  • Maternal brother to Lot 7 on Brad's first sale in 2016 that sold for $30,000 to Ellerbrocks

  • Mother sold to John Shroyer and became a donor

Southern Comfort
(Marcantel 23 X 40 Daughter)

Full brother to Marcantel 43 (the sire of Brian Skidgel's Tonic buck)

Sired:

  •  Reserve Champion Market Lamb 2010 Fort Worth Stock Show

Hoss
(Two Dogs X Tonic)

I was also fortunate to be able to breed some ewes to Hoss, the Hindman/Middlesworth/ Skidgel buck that was purchased off the Top 20 Sale by Jay Van Wert.  I felt like he was the most proven buck on the Top 20 sale, siring the Middle Weight Champion at Denver, multiple state fair division winners, and many other winners. I can't wait to see what he produces for me.

Nikon (sire of Granite)

Granite
(Nikon (Tonic X Guywire) X Tetnus)

During my time in Oklahoma, I took full advantage of being located near many of the nations top breeders by traveling to their farms and looking at their flocks.  One of the genetic lines that really interested me was the Tonic ram at Skidgels.  When Brian showed me this blue ram lamb, I couldn't believe the amount of muscle he possessed.  He had a huge grooved rack that continued into a wide deep loin and a deep twist.  Granite isn't your typical blue sheep and I expect great things from him.

Foundation
(Ellerbrock X Ceasar)

I aquired foundation in the Spring of 2008 from the Dale Family.  He is sired by the High Selling Ram at Sedalia in 2007 and out of a very good Caesar ewe.  He has done a very good job for me over the last couple years and produced many keep ewes.

Done Deal
(Deal Breaker son)

Done Deal is a ram from Williams Show Lambs and was sired by Deal Breaker , who was bred by Brad Dale.

Blue Boy
(2001 son)

Blue Boy is a 2001 son purchased from McIlrath's.  He won his class at the Iowa Club Lamb Association Wether Sire and Dam Sale at the Iowa State Fair.
